today, thursday the 26th was uneventful to say the least.
up i was at 4:20am
out i was by 4:30am
got to the metro by 4:50am
finished reading suzanne collins' "the mockingjay" by 5:45
clocked-in to work at 6:00am
...and from that point till now, everything's been pretty much a blur.
the screenplay has taken a bit of roadblock. it's been a week since i've worked on it. i'm not sure what's happening. i think i placed much emphasis in finishing the pilot that once it was done, nothing new has emerged. i keep going back to the pilot.
so i'm looking at this beatsheet in frustration not knowing where this segment is going
i won a pair of air new zealand tickets today though, which is AMAZING! maybe that'll motivate me in the right direction.

who steals an old lady's camry?
obviously someone desperate.
a half-hour after scarfing an enormous portion of pad-see-ew along with my usual large thai boba tea, i walked through the front door of my house with a serious case of the naps. i was headed towards my room when my mom asked if i'd heard what had happened to my abuela. my heart dropped
i asked her, "what!?"
mother told me someone had stolen her car, which at the moment sounded like great news. it had happened last night, so when she had woken up it was gone. she filed a police report and few hours later the cops had found it.
mom asked me if i could take abuela to the south gate police dept, which meant no nap in the near future. i really didn't want to, but that was the pad-see-ew talking.
as i turned back around and walked towards my car, i began to feel better. what was i really missing out on, a nap? please.
well, three hours later, after visiting several impounds in southern california, we found my abuela's camry. nothing serious was wrong with it. the people who took it just went for a joy ride; they even left a lawn chair inside. all in all, things could have been alot worse, God is good.
